Cooking on an open top grill like that in such cold weather is even tougher! At least the Big Green Egg that I use is very well insulated. Yikes. Great job for a difficult situation.
After the sun went down and the coyotes were howling , all me and the other cook( another female) could do is laugh.Good Times!
